Benjamin Petiprin is a Nevada associate in the Litigation Department with litigation and transaction experience in California and Nevada. Mr. Petiprin concentrates his practice in complex business and real estate litigation, as well as unlawful detainers, judicial foreclosures, and bankruptcy. Mr. Petiprin is also actively involved in ensuring client compliance with Nevada legal and statutory developments, and played a role in shaping bill amendments during the 2013 legislative session. Mr. Petiprin passed the February 2013 Washington Bar Examination and expects to be sworn in before the Bar on May 16, 2013, expanding both his expertise in creditor rights and the firm’s presence to the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Petiprin is licensed to practice law in the States of California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
Mr. Petiprin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, magna cum laude, with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy and English. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, where he spent a summer abroad studying international human and civil rights. While in law school, Mr. Petiprin served as the Philanthropic Chair for the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and was a finalist in the Thorsnes Closing Argument Competition.
He is a member of the California and Nevada State Bars and maintains membership in the Clark County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Constitution Society.
